Dr. Narong Kulvatunyou has worked in academia for more than 20 years; and emphasizes the importance of life-long learning and how to apply it to the care he provides his patients. Dr. Kulvatunyou believes in developing deep relationships with his patients and always strives to earn trust. He believes, with trust, everything can be worked out no matter how difficult the situation may be. Dr. Nuvatunyou went to Medical School at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he earned his residency at NY Methodist, Cornell University Hospital, a fellowship at University of Massachusetts, Worcester, Surgical and Critical Care, and University of Minnesota, Surgical Research.

Dr. Kulvatunyou's areas of expertise includes Open Pre-Peritoneal Inguinal Hernia Repair, Retro-Rectus Ventral Hernia Repair, Thoracic Rib Plating, Head & Neck, Thoracic, Abdomen, Vascular & Soft Tissue Traumas.
