Dr. Rula has been in the East Valley practicing general surgery since 1990. He enjoys a broad-based interest in General Surgery, including all types of breast surgery, thyroid, and parathyroid surgery, and hernia repairs. He also has specific training and expertise in advanced minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques for gastroesophageal reflux disease, adrenalectomy and splenectomy.
